The key to getting claims processed quickly is correct submissions. Submitting a claim right the first time increases the cash flow to your practice. And, it avoids costly follow-up time by your office or billing staff. It also reduces the uncertainty members feel with an unresolved claim.
This is especially true for First Health® and Cofinity®. We reprice network claims for our clients and payers, but we don’t adjudicate or pay the claims. Our clients have different types of relationships with us, so the claim submission process varies. Simply refer to the patient’s identification card for the electronic payer ID to use when submitting your claims.
Look up claims and client information on our secure online portal
You can use our secure online provider portal to view claims and pricing sheets. You can also find information about our clients and payers. All you have to do is register for access.
